On way we save money and reduce waste at our house is to use cloth napkins. Occasionally I'll grab a paper towel to use at lunch, but for the most part we only use cloth. To reduce waste even more, sometimes we'll use the same cloth napkin all day long! gasp! (unless it's truly dirty...). When it comes to eating ribs though (or something equally messy) we don't use cloth napkins but instead use dish towels!!!
