5-a day challenge - day 1 update
Just a quick update to say I ate 5 1/2 servings of fruits and veggies yesterday. It was Day 1 of Carla's 5-a day Challenge. My goal is to eat 7 a day, so I was short by 1 1/2 servings. Will have to make it up today!!
