sunday catch-up
I've been lying low (literally!) since Tuesday. I hurt my back exercising on Tuesday morning and have not been able to stand up straight until today! Lucky for me, I was able to catch up on my Bible Study and even read ahead a bit! (I'm such an overachiever...ha, ha!!) And with some help from my children in hauling the clothes to/from the washer I was also able to stay caught up on laundry!
Since I'm feeling MUCH better, I wanted to see what I have left on my weekly to-do list and get it knocked out. So for today, I'd like to accomplish this:
Hem Pants
I have 2 pair of jeans that need to be hemmed. I'm wearing one of them to a party Friday night, so this has to get done this week. Note...I obviously didn't wear the pants to Friday night's party. Since I was unable to sew with my back, I wore something else.
Work in the Yard
I have bulbs that I need to plant this week. I also want to fertilize my azaleas and trim some bushes. I'm still tackling my woods and want to continue working on cleaning up the vines all over my Willow tree. I need Mr. Steady to mow and then we need to order/lay pine straw in the flower beds.
Work on Dining Room Wall
I have a fairly blank wall in my dining room that I haven't liked since we moved in 3 years ago. I've been collecting stuff to hang and would like to work on this project some this week.
I would also like to think about the week ahead and get my to-do list for this coming week made today so that I'll be able to hit the ground running tomorrow. Figuratively speaking. I'm not trusting my back just yet for another run! :)
What are you doing on this Sunday afternoon?

I'm so glad you are feeling better! There's nothing worse than back pain...
Don't overdue it...Christmas is only a week away!
