Thanks to Carla's encouragement yesterday I completed a project that had been pending since September. Four months ago my favorite thrift store was selling everything at 50% off. I spied this little lamp for $7 and got it on sale for $3.50! It's been needing to get painted ever since then. Yesterday Carla encouraged her readers to "get that little 'something' you’ve been meaning to do forever & a day, finally DONE!" Knowing that it wouldn't take long to paint the lamp I chose it as my project to complete! It's not perfect...I didn't tape off the underside so there is a bit of paint splatter underneath where the light bulb goes. But, it's finally DONE!!!
